古代の賢人に耳を傾けることにしよう。

まず次のことを自問すべきである。
われわれには永久の満足、すなわち満ち足りた幸福というものがあるのかと。
古代の賢人も自問してきた。
行き着いた結論は、欲求のあるところに、満ちたり感はないと。By seimeiwada.
Where there is desire there is no fullness. Therefore the question before us is ‘ what is that which will give total and complete satisfaction over all desires and wants of the human individual, with true unending happiness?’.
